This year, I plan to take different metrics about my life. I want to be able to measure the changes that I go through this upcoming year.
First, I have to see what I want to measure. This is difficult because I do not want to change what I measure during the year. I obviously want to start with things like weight and my blood pressure. I also would like to calculate how many hours I am sleeping and how many minutes I am exercising. Additionally, I want to track if I am taking my hypertension medication every day.
Tomorrow starts the new year. I have to finalize my Excel table to start measuring and tracking my changes. To everyone who comes across this post, happy new year. Hope this one is the best one yet.
